Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the SEOS platform (“the Service”) operated by Slas Technologies Inc. (“Slas”). By accessing the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

1. Access and accounts

Access is granted to authorized users of a subscribing organization. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Roles and permissions are administered by your organization’s administrators.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent access controls or tenant isolation, or use the Service to violate applicable law. Slas may suspend access where use threatens the integrity or security of the platform or other tenants.

3. Data and tenancy

Each organization’s data is logically isolated. Slas processes organization data to provide the Service in accordance with the applicable subscription agreement and the Privacy Policy.

4. Availability and changes

Slas works to maintain a reliable Service but does not warrant uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve; material changes to these terms will be communicated to subscribing organizations.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is.” The full commercial terms, warranties, and liability provisions are set out in your organization’s subscription agreement, which prevails over this summary.
